Starting a booking agency for street artists was a dream coming true. And another check mark on my bucket list.

Finding a suitable name wasn’t hard. Strik is a bow tie in Dutch, which I don't leave the house without. Unless it is to play football. But even then there's a nice loop in my laces.

I always had a great admiration for street theater and street performers. Why? Street theater has everything! Humor, acrobatics, passion, emotion and everything in between. Unfortunately, becoming an artist myself wouldn’t work for me: juggling with ‘two left hands’ turns out to be impossible, aerial acrobatics and fear of heights don't go together well either... But I have a sharp eye for a good act and make contacts easily. I got acquainted to several street performers and realized that all of them are fantastic people and real professionals.

I have seen, experienced and enjoyed almost all acts presented on this website.       I now want to share my experiences and discoveries with others. Let me help you find the perfect artist for your event and let your visitors enjoy top acts performed by top performers.

And if you just want to know how to make the perfect bow tie, I am also ready to share my expertise on that ;-)
